I like the Scots

After my second business trip North of the border in the last month, I want to say how friendly the Scots are and the landscape is amazing.
I must try and spend some free time up there rather than rushed business trips.
I also love how patriotic the Scottish are, we should have more St Georges flags on English trucks.
P.S Does it always rain when you cross the border?

Been in scotland many times and always found them a very friendly people and not deserving of the "mean" title.
Except perhaps the one I knew who found a crutch and broke his sons leg..;)0 -

I have two lithuanian friends and they're addicted to Iron Bru, it always amuses me watching them with it.
I watched a tv program about marketing and they said Coco Cola are the main soft drink or own the leading soft drink in every single country in the world except Scotland. The Scottish number one drink being Iron Bru and they won't sell to Coco Cola and it really really annoys Coke.
How great it would have been if South of the border we had put two fingers up to coke and had Top Deck Shandy as our number one national drink0 -
Irn Bru ... (no o) made by Barrs frae girders!
And it's Coca Cola.0 -
My first 'proper' kiss was with a Scottish guy. SO handsome, ah; happy memories!
I know that there are g1ts in all nationalities - but I have to say that I've never met a Scottish person who wasn't nice and friendly.0 -

My friend and I went up to Melrose to watch the rugby at Christmas. Both of us got absolutely legless and I must say I was staggered at the tolerance of this quiet village towards 2 drunken Geordie women disturbing their peace
It's the only rugby ground I've been to where upon being caught by a club official hiding behind the clubhouse and opening a bottle of champagne (I dont do this on a regular basis I swear
) being told to get stuck in and enjoy myself!

Are you sure the weather change is on our side of the border? It always seems to rain when I cross over to England0

The down side about Scotland is who they've got as neighbours!:D0

I like the Scots and Scotland, but why do they have to put it so far away? I really can't be bothered to drive that far.0
