Thanks I've only ever had 2 this one and one before which worked great (I left it on letter - used at til no problem). So this time I took off the letter so I could fit it more safely in my purse - doh first mistake.

I forgot to use it in my first shop at 1 ish - 2 transactions (altho was in store about 11.40 ish I guess). When I put receipts away into my purse once in my car - I saw the 'safe' giftcard, mentally kicked myself, decided to save on petrol and not go home but to visit the other York store and see if any bargains there I could use it on - thats when she said it was 0 card at the til. She did say that this often happens and to see CS desk - but they said they couldn't do anything and to phone HO CS.

I find it very strange that they are saying it was used 4 hours before in a store I had visited that day thank god I can make my case for not being there then........

How do I know guy at HO isn't sending out blanks and pocketing them hoping no one bothers to chase up? Could have spoken to same guy who sent it today when chasing up for all I now - don't see why it has to wait til tomorrow to resolve. Is it worth posting on their fb page I wonder.

Just jumping on quickly to ask if anyone has had a recent PP from the Tesco Finest Barbera D'Asti 750ml. MSM shows it as £7.29 Ts / £5 As. Would give a nice £2.29 PP return per bottle, combined with £5 off £40 helping hand and £2 off £10 finest moc, could be a good buy, what do you think?

Thanks Lutz:T - I have one but too knackered to go on it at moment keep fit was my aim - had it a couple of years and only ridden a few times but was just getting into family bike trips out when Mr BCcame visitng. No not for me, was going to see if it transpired as I have a niece at York uni who visits occasionally and babysits/helps she still has a year to go, only member of the family who has helped - would have been a nice bonus and surprise birthday present. But I am more than happy with the chance of the 2 next size kiddy bikes (hubby was very un MSE re their previous ones).

Will keep my fingers crossed for us all - Mr T will regret casting aspercions on my character...!

Does "partially confirmed" on an order from T direct mean I am gonna get it or is it still up in the air. Only ordered the one bike (on that order) and was quite sharp off the mark, so curious....

Still not for me but if you can use any old paint then for those who like the convenience and are prone to getting paint in places it shouldn't be:eek:then it could be useful providing you don't pay over the odds for the paint pod.:)

Going by the description produced by the APG on that receipt, it would seem to be the truck/digger one - it's the only one on MyS that matches that description anyway

It means absolutely nothing, have had that on my last 9 cancelled orders and the 1 that actually got delivered
