thank you so much to everyone on here, the amount of money i have saved is incredible.

Just been to Tosco with my Finest coupons and managed to use 8 on 6 finest meals & thankfully my tosco had the Montepulciano wine which gives back a PP, so managed to get a £10 PP. Even though I promised myself I wouldn't buy any more wine, but i couldn't help myself.

There is a PP on Tesco Welsh Free Range Medium Eggs box of 12. £2.60 T and £1.98 A

I did have a bit of a Palaver though with my shopping going through and she told me I was only allowed to use one Tesco Finest Coupon :-(, so I said I didn't want my shopping, as that was the only reason I got because of coupons.

She voided my shop and then someone from Customer Service came over to help me put all shopping back. I explained the Coupon situation & no one was really sure, after asking 3 people she told a new SA to put my shopping through and take all Coupons I had.

I was very happy with that result, but now have loads of wine & loads of Finest Desserts to get through ;-)

She did say to me, thanks for being so understanding, will go to her again if I have problems :-)

hope everyone having a good day today & hugs to all those who are not having too good a day.

You would think working at Tesco that they would be able to read.

Says 1 per transaction on the coupon. :p

Good Afternoon all, in M and S today they have large hollow milk chocolate eggs 300 grams half price at £2.50 the size is quite impressive but nothing inside them. In Home Bargains I saw the large treasure eggs all 3 types for 79p :)

Morgy, you've hit the nail on the head with the 'walking and thinking through treacle'. That is exactly how I feel today.
Hopefully tomorrow will be better :)
Looking forward to having OH off for the long weekend. Hopefully will get some help with the boys

I love tea but am having to have it lukewarm at the moment as my mouth is so sore. Have oral thrush and tongue covered in ulcers since last Friday :( The tea is at least taking the hunger away a little as struggling to eat much. Hopefully will improve soon as it's not helping my mood (so DH would say :rotfl:)

been to B&Q - that paint pod is 65 quid in there:eek:
Who in their right mind would pay that much??
Was very un mse and bought some picture hanging sticky strip things to put a picture on my bathroom wall - so I don't have to drill the tiles 5 quid:eek:
But I did get a tray (or 2) of 24 pansies for £1 each - thought they were winter flowering ones at first but no :T, so they will be going in the hanging basket later today
I think I need to join the procrastination club - can't be !!!!!d to do anything today

Oh, very hard to explain, but it seems to put a sort of very crispy shell, but still soft inside. Just very nice, try it.

Oh yes, and they taste all the better for being home made.

When getting paint from B&Q always remember to check the prices at homebase, as B&Q pricematch and knock 10% off the price.

    Didn't know that DM thanks

I had really bad ulcers on my tongue a couple of weeks back and I found yoghurt seemed to sooth them and I could eat soft food straight after iyswim - might be worth trying

People don't really see Mrs Brown as a man - the character is so convincing. And the thing about her character is there is a little bit of her in all of us:D

A very clever man he is too...there's alot of it about!!;):p

    Morning all!

If it's any consolation, midwinter, I have to work on Sunday lunchtime :(. I'm not even convinced I'm going to get paid any extra - that can't be right, can it? The happy couple had better be on time. ;)

The oddest thing I ever flew out of Bristol with in my hand luggage was a tin of kidney beans. They didn't know what to make of it but took the pragmatic approach.

Hope you all have a good, wine-filled day, and I'll be thinking of you rolo-polo and sending positive vibes x

The oddest thing found in my hand luggage was a sandwich my Mum had packed when I went on a lads holiday in my 20's....I don't if i was more embarrassed when security pulled it out for examination or the grief I got from me mates for having Mum pack me a little snack for the journey!!:rotfl::rotfl:
