Afternoon all,

No time to catch up , sorry as I've had a busy day and only came on to change my Avatar at the request of the [STRIKE]forum police[/STRIKE] MSE Andrea. I've not noticed it as I don't have people's Avatars on. I hope you like my new one.

SD - I can only reiterate what others have said - keep with the thread, keep fighting and you'll get through it.

Deepest thoughts out to 3Dogs, Logie and Rose (and her DD). I hope you all get there with your individual problems. ML to Tiny too. :A

No time for shopping currently but for those that asked about my recycling waste, it's on its way. I may have a few more Pyrex stickers about to go in the bin too.

Isn't it best to try and get two of one that you want to compare and one bottle that is not showing on MyS?

I've only ever done free kitkats and every three I do gives me the coffee/liquitabs/bacardi. I've redeemed two lots of coffee and had another pop up this morning after doing two kit kats at shops next to each other.

Did your coffee etc appear in your offers stratght away after redeeming?

Been back to the docs again with DS, been up all night with bad stomach and they now think he may be suffering with IBS, has anyone got any tips, as he has been having toilet trouble for 18 months. He also suffers badly with migraines.

My sister suffers from this condition. The doctor told her to up her water intake. Stop eating huge meals. Stick to smaller ones, but eat more frequently. And avoid tea, coffee and anything with caffeine. Decaff is ok. I do hope that it gets under control Sarah. Its not a very nice condition to have.

Also the 30p Pomegreat coupon. You can still get a 50p coupon off Pomegreat (sorry can't post a link but it's in the coupons thread and is valid until 1/4).
It is £1.50 on line but in my Express it is 71p RTC so may be worth a look for it as if you can combine both coupons then they are paying you to take it away.
