  • Hugs to Rose and SD.

If I may post again about this amazing book that has helped me and many others cure themselves of migraines, bad backs, and even IBS.

Dr John Sarno - The Mindbody Prescription

    http://www.amazon.co.uk/Mind-Body-Prescription-John-Sarno/dp/0446675156/ref=sr_1_2?ie=UTF8&qid=1363709161&sr=8-2

There are many reviews of this book on Amazon, and how it has helped them too.

Please consider giving this a read if you have exhausted all other avenues, often doctors cannot find a physical cause for things - because the mind has made them happen, like butterflies in the the tummy, to give a very simple example.

My life has changed beyond recognition - because of this book I was able to heal myself. It's an ongoing process but I have been pain free for almost 6 years now.

There are so many people on this thread I just know would benefit this book, sorry as I have mentioned it before but it worked for me. I don't mean to offend.

    Don't tell fibs it's road traffic collision:D
    Sorry:o:D;)
  • If anybody missed it last night, on TCB confused.com car insurance quote has doubled to £2.02! Mine from last night tracked today.

Not to be missed - 3x max in a year - you have to actually choose an insurer and view the policy for this to track.

    What a lovely post.

SpirallingDown and Rose, what an awful time you are both having at the minute, things will hopefully work out the best for you sometime soon. Please take care.

Been back to the docs again with DS, been up all night with bad stomach and they now think he may be suffering with IBS, has anyone got any tips, as he has been having toilet trouble for 18 months. He also suffers badly with migraines.

I was diagnosed with IBS last year (I think it was a misdiagnoses) however I was prescribed this http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mebeverine

Which helped alleviate the symptoms. I don't know how old your son is? Obviously if he's little you won't be wanting him on meds, but it might be worth mentioning to your DR
