Morning Thistle, sounds like a frustrating afternoon and evening

Are you able to wield some magic and turn the groups around before the new consultant's start?
Hope today goes well

Morning Tilly,
I'm sure I will but don't want to do too much because when the new Consultant starts he/she will need to achieve 25 new members on their first night to go onto the higher earnings level. This will be harder if I've bagged them all first!!!
Also, if they do get 25, I get a bonus of £100.
Last time I covered a group like this, it had 11 members. I did no promotion because it was an hours drive from home. By the time I passed it on to the new consultant it had 40 members, built up purely on word of mouth and good service in group. If people are losing weight, they don't leave. It's all in the support, something this other group has lacked for too long.
We'll get there!!
Actually, my colleague ran the group last week as I was already covering a different group. She had three members who paid for 10 weeks upfront so she has transferred £60 across to my bank as I'll be supporting the members over that period and she didn't think it was fair for her to take the earnings, although as the group is on relief now, she was entitled to keep it. She didn't have to do that.

that was lovely of your colleague ..it's a shame when a consultant doesn't look after the business..
what a shame that you're time was wasted yesterday0 -

Hi Taxi,
Even though the groups was small, my time was well spent. The 13 members who came all did well and the 6 who stayed to the meeting put some great plans in place to lose weight this week. And it was a lovely evening so I sat outside between groups and watched the cricket!!!
It was just a disappointment on the MSE front.

 Hi GG
No offers for new members at the moment except that in the Bella Magazine (27th May) there's an offer for free membership.
Then between 19th May and 8th June, if you buy a 12 week countdown you'll get a little book of lunches for free.
Otherwise half price membership applies at the moment anyway. £9.95 to join in week 1 then £4.95 thereafter.

Right,
The SW group I ran last Tuesday has earned me £27 after Head Office rejigged the earnings rate to 50% instead of 25% so that's gone in the pot. The £60 my colleague transferred to me has gone in as well. O I'm up to £214 once I get it all paid in.
However, I forgot to get my expenses claim form signed yesterday so the £180 I'll get from that will have to wait until Sunday when I next see my manager. Stupid boy that I am!!!!

Tx
, I have free life membership as I popped below my target weight (for a week or two
). Got my times wrong re the group I wanted to go to, it's am only so need to rethink strategy - might just wait till after 19th unless I go back to old group next week, but I fancied a fresh start. A positive attitude may not solve all your problems, but it will annoy enough people to make it worth the effort

Hi GG,
If you were in target when you left (ie within 3lb of your target weight) and its less than 12 months since you stopped going, you'll have nothing to pay on the first week you go back. If your weight takes you out of your target range, you have 1 week's grace to get back in, but if you don't manage that, you'll be a paying member again until you do.

No TTs today but I did transfer that £60 into the savings a/c.
Signature updated too. I'm 2.4% of the way there which is almost 1/40:D
However, I'm 2.4% saved but 2.9% of the time in which to achieve it has elapsed so I'm behind!! That's because I forgot to get the expenses form signed!! Grrr!
I should have £200 saved by now. But I'm not perturbed! Just having a bit of fun with the numbers.:rotfl:
Off to get weighed in shortly - not looking forward to this as I've been a real gannet this week! Then I'm off to ring bells for Ascension Day. Bit of a chillax after a busy day yesterday.
Then I think I'll have 6 minutes on the tanning beds to cheer myself up.
A pamper session is just what I need. Don't worry, I won't go mad.
