The most I lost in a week was 10.5lb when I really followed the SW plan 100%. 5lb is reasonable if I don't lose heart halfway through.

Weekends are tough. Too much peer pressure to make less accurate choices.

Just had a letter from NRAM confirming my new mortgage payment of £500 (contractual £461.38 with £38.62 OP).

    Letter begins:

Thankyou for your request to pay £500 per month until May 2042

The whole purpose of overpaying is so that I'm not paying £500 a month until May 2042!!!:D

    Honestly!!!!

  • A lovely picnic today in Barbondale, next to a confluence of two streams. Just loved to lie back and listen to the water chattering over the rocks.
Something money can't buy. Beautiful sunny day in the Lake District.

No Tilly Tidies today but then it is Saturday I suppose.

    Morning all,

Spending the first part of today working whilst OH is in church. Got loads to do. Trying to get prepared for month end in a fortnight's time as I'll be away so the better prepared I am, the quicker I'll be at getting my reports off on time.

Dinner in the garden tonight, if the sun holds out.

Happy Sunday to all my MSE buddies!

It's very quiet on here today.

Weather outside is just shocking so I've taken to my bed with a nice cup of tea!!

There's something really cosy about being in bed on an afternoon with the rain lashing at the windows!!

Will have to get up soon and think about preparing for this evening's meal.

All good things come to an end.......until next Sunday!

Crikey Thistle, we've only just come in from spending the afternoon in the garden. What weird weather.

Hope you enjoyed your cuppa in bed, sounds like a fab way to spend an afternoon if it's pouring.
