Thanks Tilly,
Just had a thought that if I go to Wigan on the train, I can save the petrol & parking fee. It's only 18 minutes on the train and the church is next to the station so sounds like a plan.Mortgage at end 05/2007: £90200

Yes I had a lovely day thank you. The ringing was lovely and Wigan bells are super. The locals thought we were ringing for the rugby cup final!!!
Get this though - Train from Burscough Bridge to Wigan (18 miles return) was £6. Rome to Assisi (220 miles return) was €20.40 (£17.50)
I have to go to Birmingham in June which is same distance from Preston as Rome is from Assisi. Cheapest I can do by rail is £35 which is double.

Tilly tidied £4 to bring bill account down to £500 dead. That £4 was annoying me for days but the mobile bill was the tipping point. I just can't let a day go by without tidying it seems.
I think I might instigate a rule that if a bill comes in at a whole number of £ the 100 pennies need to be tidied.
This will happen again now my mortgage is £500 dead.
Bring on the savings! I've a mortgage to clear!!!:jMortgage at end 05/2007: £90200

Morning Thistle, I really do find that making a token payment every day keeps me focussed. I would SO love to wake up in the morning and it's gone but that certainly won't be happening. At least this way we know we owe less pennies every day.
I think it's Natty who has shown her mortgage in pennies as well
Have a good day
