Hi Fredsnail.

Can I not pink it please? I feel miserable enough as it is about all the weight I have gained, at least knowing and remembering I am still 12lb lighter than at my worst is a small comfort.:(

I'll add you to the challenges - our chart is compiled on Wednesday evening so please post your weigh in result before 9.30pm and I'll include you in the chart.

Please can you pm me your starting weight for the team challenge as to make it fair for both teams the result is decided on % of team loss. Your weight will remain confidential.

Please keep posting to get the most out of the thread.

*hugs* Frodo I know that feeling, I've gained quite a bit since end of November and my target seems ages away!

Struggling today, nothing to do and the weather is so hit and miss I don't know whether to risk dragging ds out for it to tip it down! I am getting brows done and lashes tinted tomorrow as a treat though hope everyone has a good day .

I know Flamingo I did risk weather today to run the legs off my naughty german shepherd dog and got soaked.

Still giving her a good run improves her behaviour and she is easier to cope with!
