Hello everybody, good to see many of the regulars back on here.:T Thank you Fredsnail for all your hard work.:T:T
I have been very bad of late and have gained +8lbs. I think that means my total weight loss is now only 12lb? I am facing up to the music and starting again from Monday ( got a bottle of Baileys to finish first!), including back on regular exercise which has been sadly missing lately.
Can I join 5lb challange and 21.5 hours please and be a dragon?DFW Nerd 1394.

I will be updating my starting weight when I go to my weigh in on Saturday... not anticipating a good result but a good reason to refresh and start again.0

Is anyone doing £1 for 1lb? Dh and I will be putting a quid in our own accts for every pound lost, which for me will go for a new wardrobe in a much smaller size!Married 40y.o. mum of an autistic 11y.o. Carer/SAHM.

Hi one and all, after getting weighed at the hospital on monday I am sad to admit I need a good kick up the bottom and to get the weight I have slowly put on off again (about 25lbs). So what better way than to return to my safe haven
So if you will have me back can I join your 5lb challenge this month please Fredsnail? Also I will attempt the Sydney challenge but I am having surgery on my wrist next week so it is going to be a difficult challenge for a few painful days.
Can I also say Happy New Year to everyone :beer:Restarting C25K in 2014 - Week 8 - 1/3 completed
Need to loose 25lb / 3lb lost so far0
