Here's this weeks chart:
Congrats to our SoTW and SoTM GDVS.
Well done to our losers and STSers and commiserations to our gainers - you can do it if you keep trying - you only ever fail if you stop and give up.
If anyone wants to join next months 5lb challenge please post below.
Here's the latest chart for the London Marathon challenge:
I will continue to log all times posted until 1 May and will post the final chart next week.
Next months exercise challenge sees the return of our Eurovision pub crawl. Basically we tour all the capital cities of the countries that are taking part in the Eurovision song contest (we divide the miles between them by 1000 so 900 miles becomes 0.9 miles). Please log what exercise you've done and how long and I'll convert it to a rough equivalent miles for you (or if you do miles please post the miles you've done).
If you want to sign up for it please post below.
Here's the final chart for our George & the Dragon team challenge:
Congrats to the Dragon for not putting on weight in the last couple of weeks and stealing victory :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:
Next months teams for the challenge will be May Queen and Morris Dancer. Please let me know which team you wish to join by posting below.

Thanks for chart Fred. I have 5 days left to do almost 8 hours exercise - need to get a wiggle on.
Will you put me down for the Eurovision Challenge in May.

Weight is now down to 67.7 kg again.
Realistically, having been through almost every diet known to man, I can't see much wrong with what I eat nowadays. Yesterday, for instance, for breakfast we had boiled egg with wholemeal toast. I had 1.5 slices with a scrape of butter and my favourite Tiptree marmalade. Lunch - because I was rushing off out to singing practice at church, we had a cold chicken leg each, a slice of ham, a tomato and a little bit of mature Cheddar cheese, with half an orange. Tea-time, I fried an egg and had it on a slice of wholemeal bread with a slice of Leerdammer cheese, and an Oyken yogurt. That was all I had all day. I was a bit peckish at tea-time, that was why I decided on the fried egg, but some days, if we have lunch very late (2 pm-ish) I don't want anything else at all.
I haven't really done any exercise, but I've been getting a bit more active, doing normal things and not just sitting around. Now the weather is more like spring we've been clearing up outside, DH got a pressure-washer and we cleared a lot of the moss from the concrete slab at the back. I've been weeding and watering the veg-trug which is growing onions and some herbs. Just pottering about uses up some energy. Last evening there were things I wanted to watch on TV and I ended up falling asleep and going to bed at 10 pm!

Hey Guys,
Feeling frumpy this week, lol. I'm not actually eating that much but feel like I'm about to burst!
Jess - TBH I'm surprised the diet has had this effect on me. When I first stopped I really struggled to get back into dieting, but for some reason it seems to have 'clicked' again, and I'm back on track. It's odd how motivation can come and go so easily. Hope it clicks for you soon, it's awful when you're stuck in diet limbo!
Vix - Congratulations! Not sure how to do pics on here, have just signed up to Photobucket though, so should be able to use that to post on here I think?! Tadpoles are pretty cool, and fun to watch... I just wished that they stayed tadpoles forever though, as I'm not too keen on frogs, lol!0 -
Hello everyone,
well the last couple of weeks have been hectic, I had a few days away, managed to get myself engaged while I was away, then came back to the road having been dug up by all and sundry and no internet for nearly 10 days!!
Happy to say I am back online now, I'm not going to try and catch up on my missed exercise logging, I will start again on the new month I think!
( I had been good though, averaging 6-8 classes a week, even did Zumba twice on Tuesday!)
Edited to add current weight so I'm playing fair with the rest of you, weight today 77.8 kg, which is 4 1/2 lb loss from my last posted weight on 2nd April.
Oh, and other exciting news, I had a job interview today, and got it, so am really rather chuffed!!Getting fit for 2013 - Starting weight 10.1.13 88.1kg
Weight 27.3.13 79.1kgweight 2.4.13 79.9kg Weight 24.4.13 77.8kg. 4.6.13 76kg
