Thanks for the good lucks - it worked! I am now a lady who serves food on the ground instead of the air. Hopefully it will enable me to build up my confidence and try and nab a better course.
Lolly: I think we need a pic!! Geckos are groovy. BUT, it doesn't beat the tadpoles I am nurturing in my back garden0 -

Today, 67.9 kg.
I didn't post last week, because we were away. We had a 2-night break in Eastbourne. Although I tried not to 'go overboard', I'm sure I ate more than I planned to. We had a Sussex cream tea in the Victorian Tea Rooms on Eastbourne pier. It was a cold day and not much else to do (well, that's my excuse anyway).
I actually weigh + 0.5 kg from 2 weeks ago, but in the meantime I've been up as far as 68.3 kg at the weekend, and appear to be coming back down.

Hi,
STS since last Wednesday. It was a difficult week due to increased appetite/food cravings and exercise made more difficult due to feeling considerably under par. Consequently, didn't expect that result. If the weather is suitable may have to just potter in the garden for now but often by the morning a change of mind! Good Luck.0 -
STS for me again thanks, seem to move up and down a few pounds day to day but maintaing weight overall seems to be going well. Even managed a couple of meals out and birthday treats and still got a STS - lots of walking yesterday must have helped!0
