meat with fat and stringy white bits

I just got home from the shops and I bort some cheep reduc price meat and its got all fat and stringy bits in with it wich me and my missus ar cutting of at the minute and its a nusance cos its hard to cut it off so i thort Id say so hear like why dont they cut of the rubish well cos they sell it to us isnt it

and another one when we get them cheap chicken ones in the placcy boxes its all like burnt with black and that so we gotta cut all that of an all yeh black bits were its burnd and they dont care but burnd bit is rubish so why dont they sort themself out and do it proper they dont care their lazy

It would help if the post had correct spelling and sentences.

But if you're talking about the extra tasty chickens from the hot counter, the black bits are the best part! It just means it's had seasoning put on it and the sugars in the seasoning were cooked and turned black. You don't know what you're missing out on!
