It would help if the post had correct spelling and sentences.
But if you're talking about the extra tasty chickens from the hot counter, the black bits are the best part! It just means it's had seasoning put on it and the sugars in the seasoning were cooked and turned black. You don't know what you're missing out on!
Also what meat were you talking about in your first post?
I think the 'stringy bits' are the strings that hold the chicken together...the elastic bits. To be fair, I dont like the black bits....but never knew it was the sugars that made it go black...you learn something new every dayHappy0
