According to tweets by Bott & Co the Hearing has finished for today, back tomorrow at 10.30am. The Appellant has been asked to finish by midday.

Typical of Thomson to waffle on for ages (although if Bott & Co take this much time then of course it is because they are being meticulous);)
The above is just my opinon - which counts for nowt! You must make up your own mind.

Expected the hearing will be concluded today but judgment will be reserved.

Is it just me that appreciates the delicious irony of Thomson's pleading falling behind schedule?;)

I might pop by this afternoon, if I can wriggle out of other commitments ...

I'd expect Thomson's submissions to be finished for noon, then Counsel for the passenger will take a couple of hours, hour for questions and then summing up.

So have Thomson but driveling on since the start yesterday?

    The alleged Ringleader.........
  • The Respondent/Passenger representative made no submissions at all yesterday, it was all Thomson.

This issue may seem the more straightforward of the two, but the time estimate was 1.5 days for Dawson and only 5 hours for Huzar. Those time estimates were based on both sides estimate of times for their submissions.

me thinks Hzar may take a little longer as Judge Platts comments covered several aspects. Or are Jet 2 only appealing 1 single aspect?
Knowing how les deux oiseaux seem to have a degree of verbal excess.....
