Good luck to Bott & Co today, I hope they ram the MC down Thomson's throat and get the result we all expect.0

The alleged Ringleader.........0 -
Not on TV sadly. Some minor Twitter updates on the Bott account but there are reporting restrictions.
The matter has broken for lunch, back on at 2.30. Feeling is it is going to stretch over until tomorrow.0 -
Tweeted by Bott & Co a few mins ago:
The basis of this morning's submissions, this case will come down to reconciling apparently incompatible decisions made by the European Court (Nelson) and the Supreme Court in England (Sidhu).
No mention of More!

I think this shows, with all respect to Bott, why live twitter updates from the High Court don't make the top ten spectator sports ...
In the meantime, whilst we wait for more updates, let's play some golden oldie music (without racist words):
Peter, Paul and Mary, "Delivery Delayed";
Leo Sayer, "Endless Flight"; and
Roy Orbison, "It's Too Late" ...0 -

Yes I believe in 1996/97 it was.
According to Wikipedia "A new Supreme Court of the United Kingdom came into being in October 2009 to replace the Appellate Committee of the House of Lords."
See also the 2003 consultation paper and BBC news report (both linked from the Wikipedia page).0 -

Not quite Golden Oldie but from 2004 a double pointer perhaps? (band name and track title)
Delays, "Long Time Coming"The above is just my opinon - which counts for nowt! You must make up your own mind.0 -
