  • You did very well at Pizza Hut, it's hard not to go overboard when you're eating out.

The weather was wet and windy here first thing, but improved late afternoon.

    Friday Eve :)

Mr SA has spent another 10 minutes stripping wallpaper. He's decided to wait until I'm off at the weekend bless him. He's still suffering with his back though.

Bought a scarf and some socks from Mr SA at lunchtime half price in the sale, so £9.25 out of spend budget.

Today's steps are 23,791 :) Ankle is nicely swollen though :( Have been on my feet a lot today at work.

Got a mini bottle of wine tonight from Lidl, going down very nicely indeed :)

  • Hope Mr SA’s back improves and your ankle gets back to normal.

Do you think DD would be annoyed if you asked her and Nathan to Sunday lunch?

SSG we don't do Sunday lunch in our house, plus DD works Sundays. As long as she's happy that's all that counts. I've learned from past experience she'll introduce us to him when she's ready. I can understand her being hesitant about Mr SA meeting him officially as he can be very inappropriate at times.

Hello Welsh Saver, gosh you've done some reading! You should start your own diary, it does help. I don't think I'd have survived without the support I've had on here over the past 5 years.

Finally it's Friday :) Although the week has flown by to be honest.

Not heard anything about the scan so assume all is ok - the consultant did say we'd hear within a couple of days if it was bad news.

Not done 20k steps today despite going to the gym at lunchtime and walking to and from work. Cycling never registers. Have done 17,630 so not too shabby and I can't be bothered to march about the house just to hit target.

Mr M online shop today came in at £54.12 so £9.52 (I think) under budget, need to pick up a couple of bits tomorrow but good chance of coming in at under budget.

Weigh in tomorrow hoping to lose this week, I've been good so fingers crossed.

Mr SA has bought himself a coat out of his holiday stash reduced from £74.99 to £20. From a workwear shop he is obsessed with that we pass if he meets me on my way home from work.

I think I've been taken over by an alien who is good at sticking to budgets and diet/exercise plans, hope it lasts, it's felt hard this week, don't want to crack :)

  • Hope the alien sticks around keeping you within budget and calories :rotfl:

Thats a good bargain that Mr SA picked up today :money: xx

  • :) I attach my fitbit to my laces for cycling
