Intrigued by your DD 'friend', no chance of you finding out his surname and having a sly look on f@cebook, not that I would ever do that myself of course:o :rotfl:.
Well done on your steps and gym sessions.0 -
Cumbria I didn't do those steps all in one go, they were a combination of walking to and from work plus the gym
Penny - DS's OH has already tried to do some detective work on FB as she's FB friends with DD, but she's been blocked from digging deeper and can't view DD's friend list.I get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)0 -
DD's mystery man is very mysterious. Interesting to have actually SEEN him .

Had to catch the bus to work this morning as it was pouring, so that scuppered my planned NSD and my 20k steps target
Then Mr SA rang to say the bread and milk were getting low (this is annoying as he's at home all day, the shops are at the end of our road and I don't have bread or milk!). So a 94p spend in Lidl on the way home.
Went to the gym for a run at lunchtime then walked home from work tonight so got the step count up to 18k anyway.
Mr SA has had backache all day and complained about the painkillers being useless, showing me the bottle - he'd been taking vitamins!!!
AFD 8 of January - a record for meI get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)0 -
Brilliant news on your steps and exercise SA.
Do we think DD met this mystery man at work? Cant beat a bit of a facebook stalk :rotfl: xxMummytogirls x0 -
:rotfl: to Mr SA and the vitamins but  to the bread and milk.
What you need is a private detective to track down mystery man, or Miss Marple.

It might sound daft but on the one hand I want to know more but on the other I don't want to dash my hopes of DD moving out - the longer I can hold that thought in my head the better
Going to have to be very creative to stick to the grocery budget this week, seem to be running very low on everything, had to bring the Mr M delivery a day forward to Friday :eek:I get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)0 -
Poor Mr SA with his bad back and lack of painkillers - on the plus side he will be healthy with a shiny coat if he's taking vitamins.
I admire the way you can stick to spending and eating plans - I'm officially rubbish - the more I seem to plan the more I go off piste!!!!January spends - £587.580 -
It's the first time in ages I've stuck to my plans milann, I really don't want to lose the enthusiasm.
Another Lidl spend of £9.51 today but has shaved some money off the Mr M online shop. Have been through my list - can I get it cheaper, can it wait until next week, and I think by doing this I might just come in under budget. Just a few weeks ago I would've just put it on the cc and sorted it later, but now I'm thinking about what we really need.
Had a lunch out with work team today, we went to Pizza Hut (not my choice). I didn't go for the buffet like everyone else, I had the veg flatbread which was without cheese and very nice and only 345 calories. WW wise I just had to count the flatbread.
Nearly got blown over in the wind walking to work this morning! Today's step total is 20,308.
Mr SA has made a very small start on stripping the dining room - and I mean VERY small!I get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)0
