Mr SA hasn't been camping since he was at school SSG - although it was in Scotland funnily enough :)

Christmas tree bought and being delivered Wednesday :) Got a living one in a pot so can be reused next year.

Rail tickets bought for trip to Highcross tomorrow. Looking forward to it :) Not really got much Christmas shopping left to do now but will be fab just to potter around a different town centre and not have to rush.

  • Wave as you come out of the station for the Highcross SA, I am in meetings near there most of tomorrow. Hope the sun shines for you.

I like all the little independent shops around st martins and the arcades too, worth a potter if you have time.
  • Enjoy your Christmas shopping day SA, I'm sure you'll have a great time and I'm glad your bed arrived.

I'll look like a raving lunatic waving to you redo but will think about you when I pass :) It's 4 years since I last went to Highcross - almost to the day as it was 27 November 2013 and Mr SA was still in hospital.

I just like going on the train, even though it's only a 24 minutes journey. Must remember not to buy a coffee for the journey as no soon have you sat down it's time to get off.

As far as Mr SA's concerned I'm at work tomorrow ;)

Had a lovely day, didn't buy much, as predicted, but it was nice to wander around a different shopping centre. I had a lovely coffee and mince pie at Pret's and when my ankle started hurting stopped for lunch.

Slightly stressful in that Mr SA kept ringing me and I was trying to dive into places that weren't blaring out Xmas music. One of the calls was to tell me the dog's lead was broken and could I pick another one up on my lunch break.

My ankle is so sore unsurprisingly as my Fitbit tells me I've done just over 30,000 steps today

Mr SA is hassling me for a new phone and bizarrely he is going on about East Midlands Trains. He's more or less saying that all I should be doing is going to work then coming home to make his dinner. He was getting me quite cross to be honest. I think he enjoyed it when my leg was in plaster last year and I was confined to barracks.

Sometimes I wonder if he's stuck a tracking device on me.

So back to work tomorrow, got two normal days then it's the team Christmas lunch on Friday.
