Thankfully a quiet uneventful day today.

Took advantage of the Debenhams Black Friday Week event and got Mr SA a sweatshirt, should've been £48 for £21.60. He's very happy with it.

I'm keeping my eyes peeled on the deals to see if I can get some discounted Christmas presents.

Not sure what to do about my day off next Tuesday. The plan was for me to have a day Christmas shopping on my own. However, Mr SA desperately needs a few bits of clothing, plus he wants to see the Christmas market. Do I chance taking him on a busy weekend with his scooter dodging the shoppers or forfeit my day off to take him on a weekday?

If a weekend we'll need to be in town really early before the crowds arrive.

Can't go this weekend, it's local Christmas market and grandkids are coming.

I knew we should've gone in town last Sunday.

  • Oh that's a hard decision! Saying that I was in town today and it already seems to be crazy busy!

Glad today has been less eventful x

  • I wouldn't forfeit your day off SA as you enjoy those so much. Go with him at the weekend, maybe if you go early it will be less busy.

Thanks guys :) I decided this morning to keep my day off to myself. I wouldn't be able to get much Christmas shopping done with him on his scooter as we're limited where we can take it. So weather permitting we'll go next weekend.

Can't believe I got my dates mixed up and thought today was the 23rd, the day the bed is being delivered, and most of the bed went in the skip this morning. So we'll be sleeping on the mattress tonight. Not sure how Mr SA will get up from it but he says he'll roll off it.

Went to the gym this lunchtime and today was NSD 6/12 :)

Was sad to hear David Cassidy passed away. My bedroom wall was full of his posters when I was 12. :(

Gets paint on them, catches them on something/falls over and rips them, leaves them at the bottom of the garden on the back of a chair or hangs them up in his wardrobe and forgets he's got them. To be honest most of his stuff is from Primani and doesn't last that long anyway. He only really needs a couple of pairs of joggers and a couple of sweatshirts to replace stuff that's gone baggy/bobbly.
