I hope the wine has hit the spot! You are being so brave and perfectly entitled to think 'why me?'.
Hopefully Mr SA will perk up soon and this in turn will perk you up too. In the meantime enjoy some relaxation time and I've got everything crossed that things look brighter in the morning XxDebts @ LBM £23,729.31. Debts @ 08/04/2016 £0 :j

Thank you all - it always makes me feel slightly better after posting on here!
Still feeling a bit wobbly today and no texts from Mr SA so am assuming he's still out for the count.
Robin - he seems to have had nothing but setbacks on this Big C journey! With the biospsy bleed at the beginning he started as he meant to go on! Hopefully there will be a happy ending.
Hoping to see some improvement tonight.
Have started to tie up a few loose ends by closing my Virgin credit card account which I haven't used recently and only really opened for a balance transfer, which has now been paid off (well transferred to another card). Got to keep occupied.

Pleased to report Mr SA had made some improvement last night. He was more alert, had something to eat and drink and was sitting up and talking. Still confused and disorientated though but nurse said that will improve once sodium levels are back up. Phew!I get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)0

Thanks Lucky and Beanie
Things were not so good tonight. Although the doctor said Mr SA's sodium levels have gone back up he was very strange tonight. He had a look about he had when he was having the seizures prior to going into hospital. An absent look. He also had headache and his temperature was on the march upwards again. His pulse rate was up and they were planning on doing an ECG tonight. He is being given injections to encourage his bone marrow to make more stem cells and they still plan to do the harvesting next week. The doctor said they won't be able to give him the planned 4th session of chemo as it's too dangerous to have his sodium levels go up and down like this. They will be sorting out different treatment.
He looked so ill at times tonight it's hard for me to imagine him getting better.
Worried again now.I get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)0
