What a day! Taxi 10 minutes late this morning. Meeting at work a very long walk away. Manic busy all day. THEN taxi 45 minutes late picking me up :( Phoned them 4 times to chase up! So am not using that taxi firm again. Can't wait until I can walk far enough to get the bus.

Had to take painkillers when I got home, ankle very swollen as on my feet for so long waiting for taxi. Very annoyed. Have already booked tomorrow's taxi with another firm.

On the plus side £10 from TCB gone in bank and have added to VSP, now £63.55 :)

Spends today £39.95 on Mr M delivery and damn taxis.

Tonight's dinner sweet potato, chickpea and kale curry (home made) using up stuff in fridge. Mr SA has beef in red wine in the slow cooker.

Tonight will NOT be an AFD one, I need wine!

Physio appointment today. Decided to go on bus, managed to walk to bus stop at 6.15am, all ok, got to city centre, went for coffee, then bus to hospital.

Physio fine, but got told off for limping. New exercises to do, got to walk with leg less stiff. Can walk as much as I want, won't damage ankle.

So got bus back into town, then walked from town to work. After work got bus home. Picked up bus pass en route as I think I'm ready to go taxi-free. £52.75 for 31 days.

Tonight both feet ache but there are 17,279 steps on my Fitbit so no surprise. However, ankle does not hurt at all :) Really pleased :)

On the minus side, Mr SA has has letter from DWP saying he has to go for assessment 11 February to see if he's still eligible for benefits. He is beyond stressed about this. Told him not to worry they will see he is genuine, but to no avail.
