Buffy the vet said if they are scooting you need to see vet. People think scooting means worms but it's anal glands.
And thanks all - we will have a fab time I'm sure. I'm so ready for a break away from it all.
One thing I forgot to say - after all the trauma Mr SA's brain went through last year, the first time he got his credit card back he remembered the number no problem. I forget it if we've been on holiday for a week!I get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)0 -
Hope you have a lovely holiday SA! :cool:0

Morning folks!
Payday yesterday but not paid much off debt just £40 which takes it down to £1930. VSP now has £211.72 in it. Paid £200 off spending card, just had a look at balance for this and it currently stands at a very scary £756.82!!! This has to be cleared by next payday so need to concentrate on clearing this. Quite disappointed with myself about this, although over £200 of it was for lawn mower and vet bills.
We went into town again yesterday for last minute shopping, drew out cash, spent £61 in Primark, £7.70 in Cafe Nero, £20 on lunch, £15.44 in Superdrug and £5.75 in Morrisons. So total spend for yesterday was £109.89. Mr SA ended up with his sweatshirt plus another shirt from Primark.
Busy day today - OT and doctors, packing and I'm having a gel mani/pedi this afternoon. Got a small Mr M delivery today, mainly pet food and food for DD.I get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)0 -
I'm back!!!! Firstly I am now officially a grandmother as baby was born in the early hours of Wednesday morning - the day we travelled back. We've been out in town today to buy loads of stuff, not seen her yet as they live 20 miles away and we are waiting for the new mum to feel up to driving. Hopefully should be today or over the weekend. Hopefully before the helium balloon I bought yesterday deflates!
We've had a fantastic time in Ibiza. Couldn't fault the hotel, all inclusive, food was great, plenty of choice, always fresh. Resort lovely, weather beautiful apart from the first day, when it rained. Got to visit Cafe Mambo on the Sunset Strip (actually went 3 times) and it was amazing. I love my Balearic music so for me to visit there was like an Elvis fan going to Graceland. Wish I was still there and we're both itching to return. One of our best holidays ever.
Really need to look at finances, need to get back on track. Will catch up on diaries soon.I get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)0 -
