Everything went well with the social worker yesterday and we got the outcome we wanted - 10 hours a week. Mr SA happy with this thankfully. She asked if I'd had my spa day yet (which is what the £200 carer's payment was for). Told her I haven't got time or transport to go to a day spa but will use it for facials/nails etc. So far I've only spent £40 of it on a jacket but will earmark the rest for beauty treatments.
Today I've got to sort out electricity supplier as the switchover is supposed to be complete but we haven't been asked to read the meter. I am over £600 in credit with old provider which they won't release until they are able to issue a final bill. There's always something!I get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)0 -

Still not sorted out energy provider. Was on hold for 20 minutes and got fed up of listening to hold music! Sent an e-mail but reply came back saying I would get a reply in 5 days. This is so frustrating!
Mr SA not too well - he's been very very tired just lately and he says he's feeling off. I'm going to keep an eye on him and if I'm worried I'll make sure he sees our GP.I get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)0 -
Sorry to hear Mr SA isn't at his best. It must be a worry for you.
Glad you can have a bit of pampering though XxDebts @ LBM £23,729.31. Debts @ 08/04/2016 £0 :j

I'm also sorry to hear that Mr SA isn't feeling great. Hope he feels better soon!
Oh I hate hanging on the phone like that, so frustrating for you! 5 days to reply to an email is far too long in my opinion.
Hope you get to take some time out to pamper yourself soon x0 -
Finally sorted out power company. Estimated electricity meter reading is currently in the process of being sent to previous provider. This all takes time apparently. They said give it to the end of the month and if nothing has happened by then ring them back. How much do I hate changing energy supplier on a scale of 0 to 10!!!!
Paid another £40 off debt today so now the balance is £2500. £8.34 has been transferred to my VSP so have finally made it over the £100 mark to £104.88.
DD was unfortunately one of the Morrisons employees who had their personal details posted on to the American website. Morrisons have paid for those affected to have 18 months Experian membership so they can check their credit records for anything untoward.
Mr SA feeling much better today but still tired.I get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)0 -
A little bit worried about Mr SA. He is very sleepy and when I got home from work his trousers, boxer shorts and socks were on the washing line. On enquiry he said he had fallen over and had to wash them as they were muddy. Hmmm. My suspicions are he has had an accident. I will keep an eye on him over the weekend and if not happy I'll be phoning our GP on Monday. This is just how everything started off this time last year.
And this is why I'm dragging my feet about booking a holiday. BTW James Villas have just launched their half price sale - sigh!I get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)0 -
Sorry to hear about Mr SA. Unfortunately, your instincts/suspicions are probably right. At least it's the weekend and you can keep an eye on him, but definitely get in touch with GP if you are even remotely worried.
Hope it's all ok though. Hugs XxDebts @ LBM £23,729.31. Debts @ 08/04/2016 £0 :j
