Payday finally arrived yesterday. As I said hit my target of paying off £300 by end October and my next mini target is to pay off £500 by the end of the year. So say £250 November and December.
Paid another £6.46 into my VSP so it now holds £284.95. Only November to go before end of challenge and I'd like to get at least £300 in here before then.
Mr SA back to his phone calls again - although not so many as he was making a few months ago (remember the 22 calls in one day!). Just sent his sister a text telling her there was no news about rehab. Can't be bothered to talk to her at the moment. His brother said he would support me if I needed someone to be with me at hospital meetings, etc.I get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)0 -

Up and about early (for a Saturday anyway) as Asda delivery is due between 7 and 9 (what was I thinking!) Going to try and get my cleaning done first thing then might pop into town for a coffee and croissant.
Finally got a night off hospital visiting last night. SIL rang to say she was happy to stay with Mr SA and was taking him out in a wheelchair for a coffee. He came on phone to say he was ok with this. Forgotten what it's like to go straight home after work! Did another session of 30 Day Shred and had a lovely soak in the bath. However I got a phone call later from Mr SA asking me where I was! He had got mixed up and thought his sister had come to bring him home and that was why he said I could go straight home from work. Oh well!I get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)0 -
At last SIL gave you a break! Maybe she has seen the error of her ways!
Sorry you had to deal with Mr SA's confusion over it all though. A break is never a true break these days is it?
Hope you have a good day today. Minus one here this morning!!! Brrrrr XxDebts @ LBM £23,729.31. Debts @ 08/04/2016 £0 :j

I'm glad you got a relaxing evening off, despite DH's muddle later. SIL seems to be trying to make amends for her awfulness. Yay to your BIL.
I spent some time last night thinking "yes, dear family/friends, the Coronation Street storyline is very like how my ex-DH was, pity you didn't see that when I needed you". A bit of a pity party, I suppose. What would you get if all you got was what you were thankful for?0 -
DH found Corrie hard to watch as we have times like that too. I'm used to it so I didn't even flinch but I suppose it's hard to somewhat see yourself as an outsider.
Have you read the James Cracknell autobiography? Brilliant read for making you feel you are not alone XxDebts @ LBM £23,729.31. Debts @ 08/04/2016 £0 :j
