    1. Last time, they hiked my base line rental, but not my introductory year discount, meaning my introductory rental increased at more than inflation for the £5 I was paying.

they gave me 6 months credit but what about the remaining 18, my contract is ~£21 a month but i get a £10 loyalty bonus every month so when i signed up i agreed to pay ~£11 a month now a £0.86 increase is ~8% increase for me.

I am in the same position as these two posters. My contract renewal was sold to me as a £5 a month package. When the last set of price increases took hold it turned out I was on a £10 a month contract with a £5 discount. So the price increase was based on the £10 monthly fee, not the £5.

Haven't heard if the latest rise will affect me though.

Ditto about the £5 discount. 51p rise on £10.50 that my husband pays each month. It's not the money, it's the principle. And it stinks.

I'm waiting for my letter from T-mobile about my second rise.

Thanks for the Ofcom link - what a ridiculous set of questions. I couldn't access them at all, so I've cut and pasted the same response into each box and put at the top how their industry language cuts off the majority of consumers like me who want our views taken seriously.
