NatWest Online Banking and Visa server down

NatWest server is down. Currently unable to process Visa card transactions or Mobile and desktop Internet banking.

Time for us to change banks???... Hmmm.

Dont want to be the voice of doom just been told by Natwest after hubby not able to get cash from cash machine (dont know whether its debited the by account or not but no cash given) that all systems are down - cash machines, debit cards, online etc customer services cannot enter into any of the systems and are advising customers to ring tomorrow as they dont know what the problem is !

Have we not heard this before :mad::mad::mad:

Yes, I can't withdraw from the ATM either!

Deja vu...luckily it's not payday for me this time...also after the last time, my salary now goes elsewhere.

I sing NatWest's praises often, but there's only so many times they can disprove my theories!!

Yeah, this is really bad. I just tried paying in Sainsbury's and it did not work! Card declined.

Tried to log into Online Banking, it is down!

Tried calling their numbers -- 0800 and 02/01 no NatWest phones work!

What a crap bank.
