going back to the sofa and blanket now.
Hi Bindiboo - take care of yourself, and don't try to push yourself too much too soon, general anaesthetic stays in your system for quite a while so you may feel 'under the weather' for several days. Female sterilisation is a more serious process than vasectomy, though you wouldn't think so to listen to men talking about their ops! :rotfl:

...and Sky Blue :T Those post of yours were so positive and inspiring, ideal for all the newcomers. I've copied them to a file that I keep for such times when I feel my confidence and such is waning. With that attitude you will soon be seeing a new slimmer you :j ...
...bindi and Victory I hope that you are both feeling a bit better todayand good for you Victory, don't those sort of people annoy you  I think that they have problems with themselves, and they compensate by trying to run other peoples lives, they mean well, but  ...
...sooz a loss is a loss, I only lost 0.2lb the other week, but the following week I lost 2.6lbt seemed to catch up :rotfl: so perhaps next week this will happen to you...
...beani You are such an inspiration to us all, I hope the gym stuff gets easier for you; how is the fund-raising going for your trike? Thanks for asking about the cross trainer thingyThe matter has now been resolved and the money refunded to my account. The google support team also contacted the supplier which obviously helped; it was the carriers fault and it sems a shame that the supplier lost the sale because of them but I was so annoyed when he'd said I hadn't been in touch with them, he emailed me again and apologised and confirmed that I had and it was his mistake, but by this time I just wanted it all settled...
...SO... I want to thank you all for reading my posts this week especially the ones that included a bit of a moanv v embarrassed now especially when compared to Connie 's problems. Confidence and self image is very low at present despite getting into some clothes that haven't fit me before, but I'm working on that with the help of ALL OF YOU because I realise that I'm not on my own!!! and I'm feeling quite bright this morning, so
xxxxI wish that I could be the oldest AND wisest....sadly it's not the latterbut my time will come _party_ wooooh hoooh! Beware!!!!!!!

Morning all,
I maintained this week, disappointing but ok. I have been better with food overall but still a few annoying little trip-ups. I'm doing lots of swops with my food at the moment. Used to have 1 x rockcake in the morning from work now swopped for a Fitnesse cereal/chocolate bar (99 cals, 7% fat). Not great but better.
I'm finding going on tinternet is good at getting my mind away from food.
The most blindingly obvious thing struck me the other day. I kept thing about how so so slim I was til 20ish. Then I remembered how... I walked everywhere. Had smaller meals. Crikey it should have been so obvious, daft eh.
Anyway another little habit I've built in is to go up at least one flight of stairs every day when I arrive at work. Washed the car last weekend instead of giving £6 to the local carwash place. Need to do some housework today. Every wiggle helps.
Hope you're feeling better Bindi.
Best of luck everyone and get active.Declutter 300 things in December challenge, 9/300. Clear the living room. Re-organize storage

Yes bindi I have had to cut my hours down at work because standing and handling things with the hands the way they are is a bit too much this week....
H has had a go at me today so feeling a little deflated, son joined in also:eek: They want me to stop the dieting, the veg, the whole thing , that I am looking fine now and should stop, that I could take it too far and loose perspective and become too skinny but I only have just over 5 weeks till hols and can't do as they say, I am on a mission and will see it to the end plus I always have been a huge eater and will undo all my good work if for a sec I take my eye off the ball, do not trust myself just to have ' a little of what you fancy' so am stuck in limbo, I know what I do works, proof is in the weight loss so stick ridgidly to that, H and DS want me to be a bit more lenient but I do not know how to, fear of piling it all back on stops me from veering off, think I need to talk to my diabetic nutritionalist about being able to eat but maintain the weight not gain, what do you all think?0
