What day do you all weigh on to be on the chart. Is there only one day in paticular or do you just report progress as you weigh?

I usually weigh on a tuesday when Im in boxcersise but I missed it this week as work took us to the races for the day. (Slap across the wrist)

tues is fine for your weigh in, then lois will add it to the chart on wed. if you miss a weigh in then perhaps use home scales or just miss a week and catch up with next weeks weigh in.

sorry to hear you're feeling low honey what's up??
remember we're always here to help and share when you're feeling down ((hugs)) why not do something you like to cheer yourself up? read ur favourite mag/book, have a cuppa/hot choc??

Ok i've made an excel spreadsheet so that i can enter the cals of everything i eat and it will work out the total for me!! (lois's charts inspired me!)

    Here's an example page (yesterday)
    calories2.jpg

what do you think?? i think it will encourage me to keep track, as scribbling it down on a pad of paper really bored me.

    what's up honey:eek:

suggs mother's eh:D I still remember my mother found a pair of white size 6 shorts on the beach, she made me wear them and paraded me up and down the promenade in Spain infront of her friends like some kind of exhibition, it made her feel good that her little girl could get into this itsy weeny bit of cloth shorts but it humiliated me...

My mum is now in her eighties and she cannot understand how her daughter is large, the only one same as you suggs everyone eats and drinks what they like including my mother and she sees me as some kind of glutton, freak show when the weight goes on, there is not an ounce of sympathy or support from her only revulsion at my as she sees it monstrous eating habits....

    Thanks erlqueenxx

It looks good. Its bound to be easier than writing it down on all bits of paper.

    I feel quite inspired.

yeh i know i could do a lot better:( , but i have only got what's in the fridge to work with, and we shop mostly at Lidl so have their brand stuff, like their cheapo sunflower spread. (next time we run out i will sneak into asda and look for the st ives one thanks)

my salad dressing is extra virgin olive oil with lemon juice and garlic, it works out cheaper than some shop bought ones i like (i'm a bit fussy, i only like 1000island usually) and lasts ages as a small amount goes really far.

Oh and the sainsbury pizza was a total one off - i went in for milk after swimming and it was reduced to a pound!! couldnt reist the bargain, despite the calorific content :o bad kat.

The muffin was a 'treat' too, as we happened to have some left in the freezer. usually i'd have a slice of multiseed bread. but, yesterday was an 'OK' result, so today will be green and hopefully so will tomorrow. then i can be bad and go to the pub or make a curry on saturday night!! i'm trying to have at least 4 'good' days a week at least, and allocating one 'bad' day a week so i can treat myself.
That leaves 2 days to be good/OK depending on the circumstances (if i do exercise that day then orange is ok - like yesterday) perhaps i should factor in a column for excerise & calories burnt off?? i think i burned about 250 swimming yesterday (according to the website)

Thanks for the hints and tips, i will bear them in mind :)

having a good day today - ricicles with skimmed milk (yep, it's officially a frugal month when i cant afford rice milk :()
HM leek and potato soup for lunch with 1 small slice multiseed bread
And i've planned pasta and HM spicy tom soup for dinner, with veg (leeks and broccoli i expect) Playing squash later on, so i definately think i'll add that extra column to my spreadsheet, dont want the effort to go unnoticed!!

Ahh i always end up typing loads - sorry for the long post!!! :o

My first post on LW. Hello!
I'm joining Slimming World tonight, can anyone point me in the direction of some recipes? I've checked out the recipes on Ols Style but couldn't see any. I'm a little worried on what to cook....
Love MSE, Las Vegas and chocolate!
