Hi all,
I am considering using OneStopPhoneShop for a cashback deal on a new phone contract, also they are on Quidco so I can earn extra cash there.
Any suggestions re their reliability, or are there other companies better at cashback reliability?
Thanks

I just used them for a 12 month contract and am waiting for my final cheque.
They have been good so far and paid up, just watch the small print and post your claims by recorded delivery within the timescales.Hark at you going all strict0 -
I bought a mobile from them last June and have had no problem with cashback so far. Just keep the redemption form safe, as they will not give you new ones if you lose it after 14 days(? or a month) of your mobile purchase.0

I am on my second 12mth free deal with them, just one final cheque to go. so far no problem, cheques always arrived within one month. Now you can also check it online regarding your cashback progress http://www.onestopphoneshop.co.uk/customerservice.php?&banner=customerservice#
One caveat with OSPS is they insists you must use the original cahback voucher in the welcome pack they sent, so keep the document safe.0 -
Thanks all - will prob use them soon as they have some quite good offers - many thanks - ELMFW #185

They are now saying that you do not have to send in the vouchers to claim, but I rec a set of vouchers with my phone that I purchased a few weeks ago, so I will use them0

OSPS - not had any problem with them as long as you send them the mobile phone statements at the correct time and by special delivery (recorded is too long winded if there is an issue with non-receipt) you should not have any issues with them.0

and remember to go through quidco0
