There is a very recent posting by an 'expert' on moneysaving supermarket that says that if you use the site to do a cashback deal and you have a problem they will intervene.0

Hi guys,
Went to do the Quidco > E2Save > Sim only 02 card last night and only then did I discover they want the PAC code there and then, or you can't move your number. Bah humbug - T Mobile want £13 or something if I need the PAC before 28 May, may have to pay up.
Darned - now will have to look for the next best deal on SIM free as E2Save are prob lower now on Quidco!
Any advice? As long as it's a reputable cashback company that are with Quidco I will use them.
Need 300 mins talk time any network anytime, and say 150 texts - currently pay £25 a month on Flext 25 with T-Mobile, so if I move networks will have to be 02 or Orange preferably...
Many thanksMFW #185

I am on my second 12mth free deal with them, just one final cheque to go. so far no problem, cheques always arrived within one month. Now you can also check it online regarding your cashback progress http://www.onestopphoneshop.co.uk/customerservice.php?&banner=customerservice#
One caveat with OSPS is they insists you must use the original cahback voucher in the welcome pack they sent, so keep the document safe.
Or tell them u haven't received them and you get 2 copies!!!!!0 -
I'm in my 2nd year of a contract with OSPS
All cashbacks have been received quickly without hassle, I only have 1 more claim to send in.
My only gripe was for my 2nd phone, I should have received an automatic cashback cheque of £66 within 60 days, this never arrived, so I had to ring 3 times before getting the cheque-took almost 9 months in total.
BTW, went through Quidco and received £20 for each contract, however, one of the phones was a 'clearance' phone, and when it arrived, it was pink (Son not impressed!) OSPS were very understanding, I simply sent this one back, received a silver one instead & still got £20 cashback on the cancelled phone!

Agree with most comments about osps, reliable... but a few points to note:
- Auto cashback you must chase them as it will not usually arrive within the time they state in the t&c
- You must claim the cashback at the relevant time.. e.g. if first cashback is at 6 months, you have to actually wait 6 months (180 days) since your connection date before you send your current bill.
- You should send at least recorded, special is preferred
- They should issue you cashback vouchers with your phone.
However if you "dont" receive them and email them for a set they will state you do not have to send them with your cashback claims, this has to be done within 14 days of your order.
Remember if you want to be safe, get it in a written form such as email so you can prove it later on if they dispute this. OSPS in the past have not paid out because of this clause in their t&c to others so be careful. - I've successfully completed one year with osps and have recently taken out another 12 month line rental free deal.
- Also if you order online and have to call them to confirm any credit check details they will charge £3.99.
- When you order your phone will probably come with (expensive) insurance, you can cancel the insurance by cancelling the associated carphonewarehouse direct debit once the insurance documents come through. You can inform them you wish to cancel online at http://www.carphonewarehouse.com/cancelapolicy rather than use the expensive 0870 number. Although I think cancelling the direct debit is sufficient.
- Some phones also come with this TMTI (Talk Me Though It) policy thing that they charge £1.99 a month again you should be able to cancel the direct debit once the documentation comes through... although I never got this and so far no direct debit has been setup so just be aware of it.

I have nearly finished my second 12 month contract with them. All the cashbacks have been paid without having to chase, but I've been meticulous in claiming at the right time, and posting by Recorded Delivery.
Will probably go with them again if there's a suitable contract & handset:we have 3 teenagers, so always have 3 of these type of contracts on the go. I must say I absolutely hate the way you have to go throught the small print with a fine tooth comb, and be spot-on with the claim, but if the cashback works out (and luckily ours have!), the deals are very very good.0 -
Thanks Alikay - I am really after a SIM Only offer, I made a typo before!
Any suggestions as to the best cashback inc Quidco offer on a SIM only would be much appreciated...MFW #185

I had 2 contracts with them in the past 3 years and successfully claimed all cashbacks. However, I've just realised they have now changed their cashback claims from 3 installments to 5.0
