Mmmm - E2Save are offering the same thing via Quidco and you get more cashback - I think I will call T-Mobile and ask for better deal one final time, then if no good, request my PAC and go with E2Save.

Would it not be better to get one of those clearance phones (Samsung E900, LG KG800 or SE W810) on what looks like the same O2 tariff ? Again 12 months contract, 12 months free via cashback but you also get a decent handset thrown in.

The offers are on the OSPS home page.

Has anyone bought a clearance phone from OSPS? If so, did it come with all accessories or just the charger & manual?

    Hi all,

This morning I had to make a decision so I got the SIM from E2Save / 02 - 300 mins, 250 texts £35 a month, via Quidco. By the time Quidco and E2Save cashback is factored in, I get paid to have a contract - in the end the cost is £-0.03 a month (£-0.62 per year)!

Mr EL is with E2Save and I know cashback is ok with them - I had got to the point where I couldn't look at phone sites anymore...!

Does this take into account the £4 odd it costs you to send your cashback claims to them by send spec delivery?

However still a good deal. You MUST follow the T&C to the LETTER or they will find ANY way they can of getting out of paying.
I am NOT a mortgage & insurance adviser - or anything to do with finance, that was put on by the new system I dont know why?!

It varies. I sent mine 2nd class on Tuesday and on Thursday the cheque was "raised", which means I should be getting it in about 3 weeks. Never send recorded to E2Save now either since I have a back-up plan and they are very good with acknowledgement texts. Is a different matter under their so-called "price match" deals though - no second chances and no decent offers any more under their "normal" t&c.

You will if you watch what's going on and know the rules. That was, of course, before you changed them. Pity all the things you know because you work there aren;t always true and accurate! I know - I've bought from all your companies several times and know exactly how they all work - from a CUSTOMER'S point of view. No axe to grind; they get my praise and criticism based on FACTS and not propaganda.
  • I want some advice re OSPS Price Match deals - I have being offered 12mths on a SE K800i that I would like to take up but a bit wary of the T&Cs.

From my understanding the 3 major points in the T&Cs are
    1) 5 claims - at month 4/6/8/10/12 - these are the itemised paper bill showing connection after 120/180 days etc. So 120 days connection then the bill that is sent by the network after this date is the bill to submit.
    2) The claim must be made within one calendar month - this is a bit ambiguous - it could be a calendar month from the 120 day claim point or from the date of the bill. To be on the safe side I would use the 120days plus one calendar month.
Where a valid claim has not been received by us within one calendar month of the required bill, which is the closing date for your claim
    3) If you miss/fail one claim you lose all others.

Any help gratefully received - MobileJunkie seems to be well informed.

It seems that if you're well organised you can still taken advantage of a decent deal. The bit I am under of - is point two and the calendar month.
