People can give advice without needing to know what someone's health conditions are.

I found your comments quite rude, really. People can give helpful advice without all the ins and outs.
'General' advice can be given yes but tailored advice cannot without some details. I've had a hemi-pelvectomy, you likely don't know what that is, you certainly don't know who I am. To require answers on eligibility on ESA or DLA I'm afraid that some details of the illness / disability has to be stated for us to be able to answer the questions. It's not like we have his/her home address or anything and nannytone makes no secrets of her visual impairment.

The alternative is "Am I entitiled to ESA/DLA?" with no explanation whatsoever, what do we say? Yes? To get answers relevant to the question I'm afraid that people have to reveal their ailments, though it's by nickname here only and not an address marker on them.

hi mamma thanks for sharing your diagnosis with us i know it can be hard at times as some people dont fully understand mental illnesses but were not here to judge you we are here to help you.

my sister whom i look after has psychosis , Borderline personality disorder and bipolar 2 so your not alone believe me i know how these illnesses effect people as my sister has had hers since 2002 so i can fully understand and appreciate what you go though on a daily basis as i often help my sister prepare for her ESA50 form and help her fill this this in as i can be difficult with the yes no questions they ask.

do you have a current CPN and support worker?

my sister sent her off in January and we had a reply by February its all depends on the area you live in and how behind they are with getting through the forms it may take a little while longer but that's nothing to be worried about.

id call them up to confirm if they have got it and asked them if there is a delay what date are they currently up too

if you need any more help and support please get back in touch we are all here to help you
