The rules are basically similar to the original rules, though there have been some changes.
Unfortunately, every reassessment is a fresh look at your case.
The new person looking at your file may not come to the same conclusion - there is little that can be done about this - other than to try to fill everything in as best you can - and get help if possible.

If you posted it 4 weeks ago you could ring at 8 am in morning and ask if it has at least been received. That way at least you'd have some idea that it was in the system.

Each of these benefits are different. One is meant purely for care and mobility issues (DLA) 2 types and currently 3 & 2 levels.
ESA is meant to help people who are ill to either practice trying to get back into work related activities and possibly actually back into a job. Not everyone is so ill that they cannot do any job. Or if in the support group, then to make sure that they have enough benefits coming in to live a reasonable life with any support they need, either through a carer or social services assessment occupational therapy assessment and to adapt their house to help them do that.
To get DLA you need to be able to show that you cannot walk far with out pain or breathlessness and or falling down, difficulty with stairs (mobility) and for care you need to show that you need help with a main meal cooked from scratch and or dressing etc. There are higher levels where other bits of care are added in such as needing help with turning over in bed or going to the toilet, bathing etc.
ESA is all about the descriptors - you need to score 15 points min to get into the WRAG and then meet one or more schedule 3 descriptors to get into the support group.

Im not here to be judged or tell about my illness because it's too personal
I used to work and do college
If I even could manage the shop run then I'd be proud of.myself

I was told by my job centre to claim these as it would take quite a long time for me to get to where I can even get to work focused interview so when I first had to go to one when I first claimed I had surport worker with.me I was told I wouldn't have to go to another but my partner would has he's my carer
I don't no why u would ask my illness on a web site because it's not something I would like to discuss but me and my doctor no,s why I can't work
