i am registered vling, but also have mild aspergers. to myself, i think im 'normal'
its just other people that consider me odd!
RSA and DLA have very different criteria.
ESA is about what you can do where as DLA is about your care and mobility NEEDS.
you cant compare them or use the same criteria when applying for them

Yep a lot of people get muddled with this and think that DLA is to with whether you can work, it's not really, it's to do with independance or lack of it.

The majority on here will understand - we all have illnesses and other problems or we would not be claiming and or getting ESA.

ESA is all about the descriptors and how you qualify for those and not about your illnesses as such. How does each one affect you and can you find a descriptor that covers that under Sched 2 (WRAG). If you do meet more than one and so score a min of 15 points, then you are assessed to see if you also meet sched 3 which are the support group ones or if there is an exceptional circumstance that auto qualifies you for the Support group regardless.

you need help with these forms.
either your support worker, or welfare rights. citixens advice or DIAL may also be helpful.

there is a set criteria that needs to be reached for ESA, and you have to fulfill the descriptors to wualify.
DLA is as much about setail as anything else.

you would really benefit from help with this

ignore the ones who don't understand, listen to those who do, they are the ones who matter
