I don't think it's being relaunched just because of Sainsbury's Brand Match, the article fails to mention Ocado's cheaper than Tesco Price Promise altogether.0 -
"Recent figures showed Aldi’s sales were up 30 per cent, and Lidl 11.9 per cent, over the four weeks to February 17. But Tesco’s takings fell 0.4 per cent over the same period.
Sources claim both Tesco and Morrisons are asking suppliers to help fund new campaigns."

Wonder if that price match at the till will cover home delivery orders or just in store0

Wonder if that price match at the till will cover home delivery orders or just in store
It covers both. In store you get the voucher with your receipt, or a message saying it was cheaper or the same at Tesco. Online you will get an automatic email with a voucher to print out and an online code, so you can then use it either in store or online. If you find you are drinking too much give this number a call. 0845 769 75550 -

Do you have a link that doesn't require the reader to open a yahoo account ?0 -
Just been on Radio 4, they mention previous promotions a disaster, they gotta get this one right. (also Martin talking from another interview saying Tesco are wrong to favour only internet users.) Edit: WERE wrong to favour only internet users, now corrected in this new scheme.0

You can put the receipt details in to get a breakdown of how they have worked it out. Not sure how quick after you can do it but my shop from this morning is on there already. If you find you are drinking too much give this number a call. 0845 769 75550 -

From what I've seen Tesco are cheaper than Asda in certain categories, and Asda cheaper in others. For maximum savings you would need to split your shop into two and not utilise the price match guarantees as the overall bills can be fairly similar.
That's for those with the luxury of two supermarkets nearby and the time to do it on a price comparison site that has all current offers and prices.0
