All i asked for was abit of help there was no need to for any of the things he said.
I also wanted help on another matter but was also advised to check into tax credits etc...WTH?

OP, for help with travel costs to hospital this link may be helpful

Or this one, from the NHS:

Keep your receipts from the taxi. You may be able to claim back your costs for three months backdated from the date of your claim if you have the receipts.0 -

i think you mentioned that you bank with the hsbc bank?
well recently my 19 year old daughter wrote to them explaining that she was inbetween jobs and she wasnt claiming any sort of benefits and that she was unable to pay off the bank charges.
The were as good as gold and wrote off over a £100 worth of charges.
They are one of the better banks.credit card bill. £0.00
overdraft £0.00
Help from the state £0.000 -

WOW thought that sort of thing was unheard of in my experience! lol
I had my bank refund ONE charge as the charges themselves put me in the red so I incurred more charges but they said it was an absolute one off & they could not do it ever again! lol
My advice would be to definitely change banks OP - You may have to shop around for one with the lowest charges as no bank account I know of charges nothing if you go overdrawn ;-) lol
Some charge less than others , in a 'one off' charge rather than a daily charge which usually works out better as if it takes you eg 5 days till you are back in the black you would be charged 5 x the daily charge , but with the 'one off' charge you would be charged one set amount for going overdrawn itself xx
( My previous bank charged me extortionate daily charges which really mount up and included days the bank was shut so I could not even go in & pay in the money to get me in the black , so over eg a bank holiday that would be 3 extra daily charges even if you had the cash in your hand to put in! ) :-(0 -
Still nothing works with HSBC, announcing these profits and there rolling in the money and can't help anyone. I rang them up spoke to a customer service advisor who told me they only knock £25 of every 6 month's i was like i didnt ask for anything to be knocked off i asked if you could stop charging me out of my childrens money. They said no anyway i give up with them.
The charges stand no matter what.
The question that i was asking on here was Are the banks allowed to take money that is the childrens & benefit money to live on. All they say is Get a crisis loan if you can't afford the charges why should i have to take a loan out just to pay for them to charge me?0 -
I know this might sound rude, but would someone please help me write a letter to the bank do a rough template of what to put, im going to do this differently.
the bank is : HSBC
charges in total: £3000
Unagreed overdraft.
Just a rough letter of what to say and what to put that could win this back? Thanks in advance!0 -

open another bank account for your benefits to go into. Communicate with HSBC and arrange a repayment schedule acceptable to you both. I doubt very much you are going to get any of it back. The banks won the court case on bank charges a few years ago
Just a thought but I don't suppose you have had a loan with PPI that you could reclaim?0
