I popped in to A$da this evening for some beer and to use my pizza coupon, and picked up some bargains :)

chicken bites (pack of 3 mini packs) 25p
    rocket (twin pack) 7p
    red cabbage 7p
    broccoli 7p
    cauliflower 7p
    peaches (4 pack) 7p
    clementines 7p

    spring onions 7p
large pack of sliced ham 20p

Pretty happy with all that, I'd just used up all the fruit and veg in the fridge :)

Lidl have loads of meat reduced by 30% and with two days still on the use by date. I have picked up three packs of the cubed lean beef and three packs of the Scottish lean beef mince at really good prices. Their prices are very keen so 30% off is a real bonus.

I just got a Tesco spinach and ricotta canelloni meal reduced from 2.30 to 0.34. The reductions started at 8.30pm sharp. Immediately prior I saw the man scanning items but not adding labels, just going through everything with his PDA. Also got some chocolate cookies for 0.50 reduced from 1.00 from the bakery section. I'm new to looking for yellow labels, in the past I was a snob, but now all I buy is tesco everyday value and yellow label!

  • Last time I was in T`s I got
2 packs of Gü mango cheescake puddings for 36 p each, they were really good.
5 of T`s finest sicilian lemon layerd yoghurts for 8p each.

    Co op:
2 packs of munch bunch yoghurts for 17p each
    4 baking potatoes 13p
    pack of onions 10p
  • Tonight found out our local T's starts reductions around 7-7.30pm!

    Anyway I got

Tesco Finest flowers £10.00 down to £1.50!
Another smaller bunch of flowers £5.00 down to 75p!
    Warburton 50 50 bread 80p
Two punnets of strawberries 30p each = 60p but I had 2 x 50p coupons from the Tesco Orchard site and was able to use both - so +40p to take them away haha

Also bought 6 of those ready meals from the new Tesco Fitness Range - 2 of them were reduced to £2.56 and they are usually £3.50, but our local T's is buy 3 for 2 on them.
So I bought 2 at £2.56, 2 at £3.50 and then of course I got the other 2 free. And I had a coupon for £12 off a £12 spend! So I got them free :D

Got a PROPER bargain the other day at Sainos. Innocent veg pots reduced from 3.00 to 50p. Never had them but thought they looked ok so picked a couple up....when I got them to the till they scanned as BOGOF. I sent Kiddo back to grab some more so we got 6 pots for 1.50, should have been 18 quid! Just got 3 out the freezer for our tea tonight. Let's hope they're yummy!
