So today I went for my final counselling session, at the end of it I said look no harm to you but I don't feel we're getting anywhere and I don't see that changing, whilst yes it's nice to chat coming here costs me money and let's face it its not like were friends catching up, so with that in mind I think we should just call it a day.

Maybe counselling isn't for me ( well actually I know counselling isn't for me I think I just couldn't think of anything else to try)

Oh well another thing tried that didn't work but I will keep at it

Got the other cheque in and have put it into the bank as soon as it clears I will divide and transfer it to where it needs to go, I'm off work tonight but working tomorrow
  • Delurking to ask was the counselling for your sugar addiction or something else?

You don't need to tell me obviously!

think if anyone knew the answer to that we'd all be able to stay slim and resist the sugar
