Woo hoo I finally have my visa connected to my online h@lifax app ... I can see that they have paid me my £5 monthly payment as well so that has been transferred to the savings account and will be paid off the mortgage on the 20th along with any other money accrued, the am@zon money came through as well so I have put half into the ISA and half into the savings account for the mortgage as well

Mr el has decided he is going strict again with his dieting so the menu plan I did the other night will be re done tonight ... He wants to get to below 13 stone by the time we go on holiday ... I would live to myself as well but it's highly unlikely lol

Not much else really happening just now ... Just plodding on :)

    Hope every one is good

Thanks thistle, I think he's wanting to do the low carb high protein high fat approach this time ... Well I know that's what worked for him before ... Will talk to him about it though
  • Good tip about the menu planning and sticking to it - it does make a terrific difference. I plan to climb back on the 'diet' wagon Monday as I have a piggy weekend planned!
  • Well done on getting some of the garden done El,

I need to get myself organised and start getting the jungle cleared, I'm running out of time already if I want to plant seeds :o

I too have been guilty of not going with a meal plan recently, and have been regretting it in my purse! Makes such a difference to the budget. That's something else I want to get done by the end of the weekend:cool:

Hope things are a bit more settled at work, and they've not been trying to rope you in for more hours again.

    Angel xx
