think if anyone knew the answer to that we'd all be able to stay slim and resist the sugar
Yep taxi I agree ... It's such an addictive substance ... I imagine a lot of people would be chuckling at the thought of someone being addicted to sugar as its not heroin or cigarettes or booze etc ... And I can fully understand that ... However i am addicted and so frustrated with regards to it0 -
Very quickly ( and I mean very quickly) I see that potatoes not Prozac is geared towards dealing with depression, I don't have depression ... I'm sure it will deal with addictions as well so will read on0

Well today has been a productive day mr el started painting the wall where the rough cast had broken off and I have managed to spend some time ( not too long sadly ) in the garden, I've harvested some of my lavender , lemon and orange thyme I am thinking I may try making some lavender thing for the clothes etc
We then went to b@q and managed to buy some more masonry paint and some Jeyes fluid for cleaning the moss off the verandah
I had a wonderful day just resting and spending time with mr el, I actually stopped at one point and watched him painting and feeling the sun on my face and heat in my bones and thought life can't get much better than this, it's made me realise the goals we are working towards are all aimed at being able to have more days like today
Today's day goes into my best things of 2013 jar to be realised and remembered for a long time to come0 -
sounds lovely0
