    Hi all,

Sorry been AWOL for a while but been a busy bunny - just quickly popping in to say well done everyone on the %'s (Little Miss - loving your system :D).

I have also received the electricity credit balance back so another £148 transferred into savings today :j

    so:-

    Member 17 = 26% :j:j:j

I'm over a quarter of the way to my target :)
    Mortgage - £2338.07 paid off Feb 2023 BTL 1 £51,089.10 £35789.36 paid off July 2025 BTL 2 £81,504.52 BTL 3 £77,497.02
  • I joined up then went missing!! I have been considering how to best approach the challenge - ended up doing multiple balance transfers etc and I think the best way for me will be to declare my % at the end of the month. Hoping to clear 2-3% a month ( on top of minimum payments) so will report back soon.
Well done everyone - have a great weekend x

Few more things sold on ebay - lots of clothes unworn for years that no longer fit off to new homes. Went for small amounts but it all adds up to £76 so far which will be winging its way to a cc next week.

Lots more finishing this weekend so lets see how they go

    Have a good weekend everyone!

    Hello fellow %ers!

I got a bit of overtime from last month so I've paid a few more %s off today :)

    I'm now at Debt 1 = 25%, Debt 2 = 19%, Debt 3 = 0% and Debt 4 = 0.5%

I've also decided to add 2 more of my debts as I feel really motivated to get this all cleared now because of this thread/idea :T

    Happy weekend everyone

    Debt 1 = £700 - 1% = £7.00 - 28% :j
    Debt 2 = £500 - 1% = £5.00 -33% :j
    Debt 3 = £1900 - 1% = £19.00 - 2%
    Debt 4 = £8000  - 1% = £80.00 - 0.5%

Plodding along here, been doing more home cooking and the husband is going to take packed lunch all week to work :)

Just got a bill for £86 on closing our British gas account so going to have to pay that when we get paid :mad:and however much it will cost to sort our boiler out.

Plodding along slowly here. I'm owed £33 off friends for buying a few bits off me and getting £100 on tuesday off another friend. 10 days until payday :j

    2% made on ebay

I have made large payments on another card over the last 4 months which come to a further 5%

All bringing my total to 14% overall.

Brill! This is a great way of paying back. Take a tiny chunk off and keep going. I couldn't have got this far without this thread - thanks!

    Haha

I was tired yesterday, could you tell? "Plodding along here" written twice in the same post. Was in bed before 10!

Going to try and get more stuff shifted on fb today I think. Sales have been much slower since the Royal Mail price hike  trying to use local pages instead.

How frustrating are the new royal mail prices!! You can send hardly anything for less than £2.60 now which is a real pain.

I know, I discovered it last week when something cost over £5 when before it would have been £2.60. Got caught out on postage prices as a result on another listing now 2nd class standard parcels has disappeared

Next time around I'll have to be very careful with the postage calculations
