Wow, this is great. If I have done my maths correctly I have paid off 25% ish. I have really ,cut back and had lots of nsd and am sticking to my budget. I had some money sitting in a savings account so used that towards paying off credit card. It is quite difficult though. I really must keep going. My progress will be slower from now on and will need to find creative ways to to make extra payments. I work full time but need ways to make that extra 1% per day. Thanks for all the inspiration on this board.

Well done Green Saint!! Fabulous work!
Hello new folk!
I've paid off another 3.5% of my overdraft - 64% now paid off, only £1000 to go.
I hoped to pay it all off by October but that has slipped to December now I think (need to check figures). But it is nice to see my bank balance in the black at the start of the month!"Does it spark joy?" - Marie Kondo

Haven't posted for a while and I don't think I ever got added to the list...BUT I just wanted to share the fact that today I paid the 28th percent off my debt and it now stands at under £1000 which has been a huge milestone I have been trying to get to for a while.:T :j
I now only have £993.60 left to pay and this challenge has really made it easier to cope with paying off this dept. Keep chipping away you 1% ersClearing debt to save for a simple wedding.Starting 2016 With debt of £77000 -
Hi everyone - only me and I'm sorry I've been away for so long. Life just seemed to get in the way and we decided that as prices were rising so quickly that it was not worth buying another BTL property so I guess I just took my eye off the ball and money making was not a priority for me.
I'm seriously impressed with all your %'s which have been clocked up since I last visited. Well done everyone and a massive well done to GreenTiger
Anyway I am back now and would like to change my target figure if possible to £1250 so my new 1% is £12.50. This represents half of the cost of a new boiler for our house which we need. I'm aiming to raise this amount by Christmas if possible.
I can already declare £197 towards my total target earned from three face painting gigs I have just completed so I make that 15.75% completed already. I've missed you guys and the buzz from getting my %'s has returned already
Off now to check the list again and see where else I can earn my next %'sMortgage - £2338.07 paid off Feb 2023 BTL 1 £51,089.10 £35789.36 paid off July 2025 BTL 2 £81,504.52 BTL 3 £77,497.020
