Hello all,
Apologies for being away for so long. It has been a very busy, hectic few months.
Numbers WILL be given out to you lovely people I promise. It does take a long time to get up to date so please bear with, I go through a few pages each day!
It's wonderful to see folks still joining in. I know my 1% has kept me going even with small payments when times have been tough.
The 1% thread has kept me moving forward which is remarkable considering how easy it can be to slip back a little.
I'm pleased to say I now have a new perm job which will help me to make HUGE steps towards being DF.
Remember - there's a limit to how much you can cut back but no limit to your income! So keep on with the crafty side projects and additional earnings here and there as they REALLY count0 -
Hi all, Well got my car fixed, its running better so hopefully it might use less petrol now the cat is fixed.
In other news, ordered some storage from Ikea (before the car issues) and its coming on the 14th which will mean once its all built we will have all my craft stuff stored nicely away and all the toys. Hoping it will mean i craft more as i literally have NO space in my sewing room ATM. My next plan of action is a name for the business i want to set up and looking in to how i go about it as a 2nd income.
Nothing much is really shifting on FB at the moment, i have loads of outgrown kids clothes to sell so think im going to put everything up for £1 each and see what shifts. After that anything left ill put as bundles on Ebay. Still trying to shift a pram on Facebook/Ebay too, its a great pram and at a great price but people want stuff for nothing it seems.
Sarah xx

Well done Sarah, all going well on your debt repayment plans! Good stuff!
As for, I'm quietly ticking over saving money to pay off the long term loan and making eBay money to pay off straight away. Not much to report apart from £1250 saved, £1180 to come back to me in 6 months to pay off loan and £612 made on eBay and sales.
Keeping going is the hardest things and not losing focus. I'm not, because it's really important to me to pay this loan off, but sometimes I have to remind myself of that point as it can feel really hard going some days.final unsecured debt to repay currently £8333Proud to be Dealing With my DebtDFW Nerd 1154 Long Haul 1550 -
