Well not happy with o2 Trade in. They quoted me £71 for each Iphone and Ipad. Sent it off and they claim that there is pixel damage to the iphone and re quoted me £14!!! I said i wanted it back so they offered me £33 to "save them posting it back". I still said no so thats coming back and im selling it to my friend for £70 plus post as it definitely doesnt have any damage other than a few light scratches on the casing! The ipad is being traded still so thats still jsut over 1%

    xx

Happy to report that the Iphone was returned and in full working order. Sold it to my friend later that day for the same price they originally quoted me so happy bunny again!

Paying debt 2b on Friday £5537.40 Eeek! We have £5000 ish atm so as soon as our wages hit our account on Friday we will be pulling the remainder from that. Cant believe we've saved up near 6 grand in 6 months. :T We originally thought we wouldnt be able to do it so once its paid it will be a massive pat on the back for us!

Made £9 today selling some bits on Facebook x

  • Well done Happytails, that's an awesome amount in such a short space of time! Once your bill is paid off do you have another debt goal?

Im declaring 100% paid for Member No. 225 - that's £3894.00 paid in 13 months and ALL of my unsecured debt cleared which amounted to 3 credit cards and 1 catalogue account.

I wish I could say that's me done for this challenge but alas I have HUGE secured debts which will take a LOOONG time to clear. I'll be tackling them one at a time on this challenge starting with Debt No.2 which is my legal aid bill and amounts to approx £16,500.00.
I might need to tweak that amount once I find out the true figure as I fear the interest increases on a daily basis at a rate of 8%.

    So for now, my 1% = £165.00

Ok, deep breath and on we go!!

Upto 8% repaid onto the loan now with a further £70 made on eBay and a lot of space freed up in my spare room. A good result there leaving only 92% left to go!

Hopefully it will be another free listing weekend this weekend to relist everything that didn't sell

Baby steps but will get there eventually. I now have a decent emergency fund and have set up some piggy-banking accounts to help cover the bills that are not monthly.

    Savings goal £30,000 1% = £300.
