    Hi,
I guess this has probably been asked before but unfortunately I don't have time to read through all 800 odd posts. Just want to check that with this account I could keep in 2k, move it to my first direct current account, then the same day put the same 2k back in and ill continue to get the 5% And keep doing that month after month even though I'm not adding any more in? Thanks!

The answer to your question lies in the one page T&Cs on their website. ;)

The only (key) condition is to deposit at least £1,000 each calendar month. What you do with the money after you've met this condition is entirely up to you.

Yes - you just have to credit £1k plus a month - as long as its not from another Nationwide account.

    So that would be fine.

Lost and stolen card line should be open, have you tried them?

I'm not sure exactly what you mean? But I'd imagine they'd "check" every month, being as if you don't meet the T&Cs, ie credit at least £1K, you don't get your 5%.
