  • And thankfully some Outs:

    Lush Cinders bath bomb WBA

Lush brazen honey face mask WBA but will try and use some other face masks before repurchasing any more from Lush

Sure spray deo from husbands travel bag WBA but already have some in stash - I usually stock up when they are on offer.

Colgate toothpaste from husbands travel bag WBA but have enough at the moment.

Stella shower gel 75ml and body lotion 75ml - 2 pink candles - I got these in a gift set and had been saving them but this year im making an effort to use and enjoy things. Whilst they are lovely the shape of the bottle makes it almost impossible to use everything - I got my husband to cut the shower gel bottle through with the kitchen knife after he had broken the kitchen scissors but discovered the bottom actually screws off when using the last of the body lotion (I havent told him!).

    Yes you will! :j

I LOVE Elemis, and I know I'm not the only one on here who regards the Marine cream as an HG product, my skin has definitely improved since using it and it's just lovely! I have other items you listed but I have yet to use them so I can't comment, but Elemis is a gorgeous brand :D

Elemis Skin Nourishing Shower Cream 300ml - WNBA, it was lovely and everything but it didn't last long at all, I got it in a gift set for £12 but the RRP is a £22. Admittedly though I do steam through my shower stuff, so I will stick with my HG Soap & Glory ones for about £7 for 500ml (plus 3 for 2 ;)).

I'm using a bottle of this at the moment and have to agree with you that it's going down fast. I'm not at big fan of the smell of this either as it reminds me of Yankee Candle Baby Powder candles that smell synthetic IYKWIM. Sadly, though I have a few of these in stash unless I can find someone to gift them to.

I am fairly pale skinned - not really pale, think with yellowy undertones, if that makes sense?! I think I will go and visit a counter and try a few things out.

I'd definitely recommend that you go and sample some at the counter before buying.

Thanks for all the birthday wishes guys. Happy Mother's day to all the mothers. I have received Yankee Candles for mother's day so no items to add to the stash. Having said that I am meeting more friends next week so may be more birthday ins then.

Snowing here and absolutely bitter, have lit a log fire and it is so cosy in here. Have a good day all x

Love Yankee Candles too. Unfortunately I've promised Emma we will go out to Primark to get a dress she wants so have to leave the lovely warm house.

Hi moneyless mac. That sounds a lovely Elemis kit you have there. I've tried all those products with the exception of the mask. Let us know how you get on with them all.

  • Another UU this morning: Aromatherapy associates rose radiance serum 50ml. I wasn't too sure about this to begin with, but I now love the smell and the way it makes my skin feel incredibly soft. This was a GW magazine subscription, but WDBA even with the fairly high price of £30. It also lasted far longer than I thought it would, and the pump dispenser was brilliant; you could see every last drop was used.

Unfortunately my moisturisers are running down to things I no longer like using; I have my Sophyto super skin concentrate oil which is lovely but does smell a bit odd, plus two cheap moisturisers - one olay UV fluid and one simple hydrating light moisturiser. Both these moisturisers tend to rub off and sit on the skin instead of sink in. I will have to start saving my UU money towards a lovely new moisturiser to treat myself once these are gone; does anyone have any suggestions?
  • HappyTorty & dolly84 - very happy belated bithday wishes. I have serious stash envy - those Benefit neutrals kits look amazing!

Finally, I was reading about the new Elemis cleansing balm on ST.com yesterday and someone posted a link to an Ebay seller who makes natural skincare. She was really raving about the cleansing balm from this lady as it's only £5. for 100ml. I have ordered one for Emma to try and will gladly let you all know what it's like if anyone is interested.

I would be interested in this as I love the EH moringa balm so this sounds like a steal at £5. Please post to let us all know what it is like as it sounds very MSE.

Hope all the Mums are having a lovely day. I didn't get any stash related goodies as Mr KM refuses to buy anything in the toiletry line because there is so much in the house :o.

I do have some OUTs though which is good:

Lulu flash back night cream - bought this from the Q when my toiletry 'problem' was at its worst. Have to say though that this was much better than I expected. Probably WNBA though as I prefer Elemis pro c oxygenating night cream

Tocca cleopatra perfume 2ml Mini - really liked this - lovely scent that lasted all day. One to look out for but my quest to find a replacement for the Clinique Simply perfume which I adored and is now discontinued goes on...

Aaapri facial wipes - WNBA - horrible smell. Had a flashback to my teenage years when I used to buy the Aaapri square face scrub exfoliator things - looking back they were like rubbing a pan scourer on your face. Luckily my skin seems to have forgiven me...

I haven't had my Amarya box yet but it sounds like there are only 3 items in it so at least my OUTs will be way above my INs this month.

Elemis tri enzyme cleanser and toner
Elemis tri enzyme system (gel mask, face wash and night cream)
    free gifts with the order
    50ml tri enzyme face wash
10ml pro collagen quartz lift serum
    15ml papaya peel

Roguey, if you want something to sink in, all the Olay creams are great, also anything from the Aldi Lacura range, but definitely the serums.
I find '50+' moisturisers are still too heavy for me, which is somewhat encouraging as I am 55 in 2 months time.
