I really wish my mum hadn't of put my toiletries in the bathroom -
I'm not sure what's mine and hers now D;
Started to use one of my natural honey shower gel.
It smells so sweet, shame the smell doesn't last long
after getting out of the shower though.SavingsRepayment: £0/£359.00

Another OUT. TA a maybelline mascara...yes that's 2 chucked in 2 days. This one was gloopy and smelt of burning! Yikes.
That does mean that I have come to the end of my mascara stash as I just have one being used and one in backup.Cookie, I think you're tame. :heart2:

My friend at work has a sister who's an Avon rep and I've just been having a look at their recent brocure. It's too late for me to place an order now but was wondering if anyone has tried their BB cream? I also fancy trying the moroccan oil as well.
Val, the Avon BB cream (Magic X Face Perfector) is absolutely gorgeous, it's like applying velvet. It has a good SPF too and mine has lasted ages. Definitely a very good buy especially when it's at £7 rather than £10, or 2 for £12.
I have the Moroccan oil hair serum and rather like it, I bought my daughter the shampoo and conditioner, then crumbled and got it on order for myself, as she said how good it was.Erma Bombeck, American writer: "If I had my life to live over again... So this nonth is defo more of an 'in' month already! Kinda knew that already though as was planning on buying the body shop soaps anyways...and didnt even realise they were three for two as didnt have a sign on so thought they had stopped that offer! Had to stop myself going back :rotfl:
The naked shampoo is lasting aaaaggggeeesss as is the conditioner. Hoping to have those outs soon...although im sure i said that last week!
Its my birthday tomorrow and im getting perfume off the other half so will have to see what he gets me. Not really expecting any bath stuff because ive subtly been telling people how much i have! :cool:May Grocery Challenge : 64.81 so far

Haven't been on for a while, so have spent the last hour trying to catch up.
Congrats Ruby_Eskimo on the new job.mcculloch29 wrote: »An IN but not unnecessary, so no guilt. Aldi Lacura's Multi Intensive Serum, 50 ml. It dawned on me that somehow I'd stopped using a serum, and at £3.49 a pop on this one, which beat Protect & Perfect in blind tests, there is no excuse. I did manage to resist all the other Lacura items.
I didn't know that Aldi did a serum And. I am nearing the end of my P&P and would be rebuying....but if this is a good alternative at the fraction of the price, I am tempted. What does everyone think of Tigi? I was wondering if i should buy more or go for Aussie ones instead.
I am slowly slugging my way through several large bottles of Tigi. I was a hugh fan but have since discovered Louise Galvin haircare which is the best I have ever tried. I won't be rebuying any Tigi shampoo/conditioner again but I still really rate the TIGI texture paste.

The original research that had Aldi beating Boots was done by scientists for the BBC's Horizon programme. This link is to the Daily Mail, I'm afraid, but it is quite comprehensive.
I've also used their Wrinkle Stop, which was very good. I've used the newly bought Aldi serum a couple of times and it is lovely. I put it on, let it soak in a bit and then applied an Olay cream with an SPF on the top. Haven't tried it with my Avon BB cream yet, but it works well with the Olay.Erma Bombeck, American writer: "If I had my life to live over again... I am an Avon Rep and I really like the Moroccan Oil and it is a good price too. I have several customers who buy the moroccan oil shampoo and conditioner on a regular basis so that must be nice too. I haven't tried the BB cream as Avon don't send samples to their reps (we can buy at a reduced price) which is silly of them I think as if I had tried it and liked it I would tell lots of people. If you get it and don't like it you can return within 90 days for a full refund.
Thanks for this. Don't need any shampoo/conditioner yet but will give the oil a go. Was going to get the BB cream for Emma but having brought the brocure home she doesn't want to try it and I want to get back to using my primer (Spackle) (have tried the Avon primer and it made my skin oily like the Smashbox one does). I've not seen an Avon book for a while and it looks like they have discontinued the mascara that I used to like - can't remember the name of it though it began with an "M".Yes, sort of tight and dry and with my stash, it's just not worth it really!
I'm quite into cream cleansers instead of make up remover and the creams and gels asa face wash. Like Liz Earle.
No, I agree it's not worth it. I used to love LE. My HG now is Elemis Lime Blossom Cleanser though I've ended up with a stash of their version of C&P so will work my way though this too. This works just as well although I have to use half the measured pump of the cream cleanser. I still use a make remover as well though.Edit: I also just noticed that I only own 2 blushers, neither of which I use. Have some others in some palettes. Was thinking about buying one of the Benefit kits with dandelion and posietint in as I would like to add some more colour to my face! Any thoughts?
What is your skin tone KT? I have a light olive tone to my skin and find that most Benefit stains are not pigmented enough for me to see them when applied. The only one that has worked for me is the Cha Cha Tint. Dandelion is lovely though. My fave Benefit blusher is Dallas but my favourite brand for blushers is Laura Geller.Back for the No Buying Toiletries challenge. I pledge to only buy when I run out of a product that is not already in my stash no matter what wonderful emails land in in my Inbox or threads I read on MSE re: glitches!
