Click on her name then click on find more posts, & you,ll see what she doe,s all day & most of the night,
A barrister is extremly busy taking case studies home with them, so they would,nt have enougth time to spend, as she seems to be doing on forums.
anyone can google Middle Temple & say they work there.
1 A Barrister would not say they sometimes get things wrong, they would just state they do not win all cases.
2 A Bassister would not lower themselfs to justifie there position.
At the end of the day it does,nt matter if she is or not, its my opinion that she,s not.

Ive paid for this advice and so has many others so why would I therfore pass it on for free. No one to date has got of yet. they need to stop running around like headless chickens & pick up a sheeps head and join up. if they are to blind:cool: to see the wood from the trees then thats there problem. it will be no good moaning latter after the event. Its £120 with a 50/50 chance of winning thats odds I gamble at.

It would seem that there is NOT a strong case if you are privy to the opinion and only put a 50/50 chance on a favourable outcome.

    Just my opinion but:
What is your motive for attacking the lady? of course "giving out FREE advice"

Do you bet on the lottery at odds of 1400000 to 1 of winning? so 50/50 is best odds iv,e ever seen in my lifetime. theres no actual class action as such as Ive said there another avenue to go down & after recieving an Email back from my solicitor I now put the odds alot higher in my favour. Its up to you if you want to give up you must be happy to pay the increase if your not willing to try.

Would this be the same solicitor that never pointed out the "dodgy" clause to you when you took on the mortgage?

This is on individual case by case & none member will not no what road to go down to fight there case.

If the barrister is suggesting a case by case action then how is that barrister going to represent each and every one the members of class action? it would take years surely?

Theres a Barrister that specialises in contract law thats affected by BoI so if he did,nt bring to the attention of the market why would any broaker or solicitor take any notice. Who doe,s check contracts in the first instant?
