Would you not get more people signing up if you told them what the guy said?

Ive paid for this advice and so has many others so why would I therfore pass it on for free. No one to date has got of yet. they need to stop running around like headless chickens & pick up a sheeps head and join up. if they are to blind:cool: to see the wood from the trees then thats there problem. it will be no good moaning latter after the event. Its £120 with a 50/50 chance of winning thats odds I gamble at.

As to Clifford Chance, so what if he did advise the bank, did he tell them that there will be a class action against them probably not. just because he might be right does,nt mean it can not be overturned.

my mortgage increase on 2 props £3600 per year x 12 & 13 years to run on current rates is colosell so £120 to date is ok but if it gets to exspensive then I have the choice to call it a day.

Not a "he". They are the largest corporate law firm in the City of London.

If BoI bend over to the class action members, anyone else in the same situation will get the same treatment. Bit like not joining the union but getting the negotiated pay rise.

This is on individual case by case & none member will not no what road to go down to fight there case. so Im afraid you have the wrong attitude. so if thats what others are thinking then its up to you. (must admit I did untill to day) weve got a good chance here.

Skipton members attempted the same. Couldn't get enough people to commit to a fund though. Cost of High Court action is very high. Then there's the other sides costs to pay if you lose.........
